UK deliveries for products that are in stock should usually be delivered within five working days. If a product you order is out of stock we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible with a revised delivery estimate.

- An email when your order has been despatched. If the items you have ordered are in stock, we will normally send your order to you within five working days.
International orders, including BFPO orders, are generally delivered within seven working days.

We make every effort to deliver goods within these timescales, but sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, this is not possible. We will not be liable for any delay that you may suffer in this regard.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday excluding any public holiday or bank holiday.
