Yes. Growing up with Yasmine and Tom is accredited by the PSHE Association. The national body for Personal, Social, Health and Economic (PSHE) education, leading the effort to ensure that every pupil receives high-quality provision.
A subscription to Growing up with Yasmine and Tom lasts 12 months. It then has to be renewed, the great news is that annual renewals start from just £169. Please see our Plans page for further details.
Key stage 1 and lower and upper key stage 2 (children aged 5 – 11).
It covers topics that include the body, hygiene, relationships, families, friendship, online and offline safety and puberty. Alongside Interactive Whiteboard activities and downloadable resources. You can view a complete list of the lesson plans and topics here.
Each licence of Yasmine and Tom is for one user. However, we offer subscription plans for between 1 - 12 users, depending on the size of your school or organisation. Please see our Plans page for further details.
Once payment has cleared, you will be able to access the software by logging in to the website and visiting the link in the main menu, or from your account area.
Growing up with Yasmine and Tom has been designed to work best using a desktop computer or tablet with a modern browser such as Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge. If your school doesn't use one of these browsers, please register for a free trial before subscribing to ensure the resource works with your school systems and equipment.
No. Growing up with Yasmine and Tom is very self-explanatory. The lesson plans have been developed so that they all have learning outcomes that teachers can easily follow. However, if your team does struggle for whatever reason, we are on hand to support you.

Yes. Simply select the Invoice option at the checkout and we will send you a PDF Invoice with your order email. You will also be able to download it from your order confirmation page or your My Account - Orders page.
Your subscription will be placed 'on hold' until full payment is received.
Full bank details are included in the PDF, or if you prefer you can pay for your Subscription online (via debit/credit card) from the Orders page of your account area.

Yes, we will send you an email notifying you 14 days before your renewal date.
Your subscription will be automatically renewed after 365 days, unless you select to cancel it from your My Account area. At this time, if you have selected to pay via Debit/credit Card or Direct Debit, and haven't turned off auto renewals, payment will be processed. If you have selected to pay via Invoice or Debit/credit Card (and turned off auto renewals) your subscription will be placed on hold until payment is processed. If no longer require Yasmine and Tom, no further action is required.
You can cancel your subscription from the My Account area at any time and a renewal will not be generated.

Your renewal will be automatically processed and payment taken.
Auto Renewals off
You will receive an email containing renewal order information and payment links. If you no longer require Yasmine and Tom simply disregard the email.
We will automatically create a renewal order and process your direct debit payment.
No action is required.
We will create a renewal order and send you a new Invoice for manual payment. If you no longer require Yasmine and Tom this can simply be discarded.
At the end of your subscription
If you have paid for your subscription with a payment method that supports automatic renewals* you can turn off automatic renewals at any time by logging in to your account and visiting the 'Y&T Subscription' page. Once there you simply click the green 'Auto renew' button to turn off automatic payments.
This will not cancel your current subscription period.
*Debit/credit card or Direct Debit.

Yes, you can renew your subscription early to make sure that you or your teaching staff don't experience any downtime in your access to Yasmine and Tom. You can do this by visiting your account and selecting 'Y&T Subscription', here you simply click the 'Renew now' button where you will be guided through the renewal process.
