Returns, Replacements and Returns
Use of fpa.org.uk means you agree to our Returns, Replacements and Returns policy (found here) – if you do not agree then do not purchase any physical or digital products from FPA.
Free Products
- FPA offers these at our sole discretion
- FPA’s guide “Consent – Giving It, Getting It, Respecting It” is offered for free with certain bundles e.g. classroom bundles – you are not eligible for this free version unless it’s clearly stated on the product page for the bundle.
Inheritance, donations and gifts given to FPA
- 100% of these will be passed on to good causes e.g. if FPA receives a £200 donation to be used for school resources then that £200 will be used to buy at least £200 worth of resources for schools.
- Where a sales tax is payable on the donations or gift, e.g. VAT, then FPA will cover that cost.
- Please contact FPA with any inheritance tax queries.
- Donations are passed on quickly to third parties and so no refunds can be given for any kind of donation including donations from inheritance or gifts.
