UK deliveries for products that are in stock should usually be delivered within five working days. If a product you order is out of stock we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible with a revised delivery estimate.
Please note: working days exclude weekends and all Bank Holidays.
We will send you the following emails as long as give us a valid delivery email address:
- An order confirmation email (web orders only)
- An order acknowledgement email (purchase orders only)
- An email when your order has been despatched. This will let you know which items have been despatched and will have a tracking link so that you can check where your order is and your estimated delivery date. If your order is split into more than one delivery we will send an email for each delivery.
If you have not received your order (excluding training courses and subscriptions) within 10 working days of receiving your emails, and we have not contacted you to advise of any delay, please contact us soon as possible. If the items you have ordered are in stock, we will normally send your order to you within five working days.
International orders, including BFPO orders, are generally delivered within seven working days.
If you don't receive your order within 14 working days please contact us.
We make every effort to deliver goods within these timescales, but sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, this is not possible. We will not be liable for any delay that you may suffer in this regard.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday excluding any public holiday or bank holiday.
