Animation, sound and touch-screen activities bring Yasmine and Tom to life, as they guide your pupils through real-life situations and topics, including the body, feelings, relationships, family life and online safety.
We’re delighted to announce the following updates to Growing up with Yasmine and Tom. As we respond to teachers’ needs, we ensure our PSHE Accredited resource is the perfect solution to teaching statutory Relationships Education.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?
Growing up with Yasmine and Tom, has 31 lesson plans, divided into 3 modules, suitable for Key Stages 1 and 2 (ages 5-11). See a complete list of lesson plans.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
Growing up with Yasmine and Tom has been designed to work best using a desktop computer or tablet with a modern browser such as Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari 12 and above and Microsoft Edge. If your school doesn’t use one of these browsers please access the free 10 day trial before purchasing to ensure the resource works with your school systems and equipment.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER PURCHASING?
You, and other staff at your school, will be able to use Growing Up with Yasmine and Tom for one year. We will contact you by email before your membership is due to expire to see if you’d like to renew.
We will create an account for your school, you can then add yourself (if you haven’t already done so at the time of purchase) and/or your teachers to this account (up to the number of licences that you have purchased). For more information on how to do this please visit our Manage Yasmine and Tom page.
We want you to be 100% happy with Yasmine and Tom. We recommend that after purchase, and before using the resource in class, you test the resource on your school’s equipment and contact us for help immediately if you experience any issues.
WANT TO PAY VIA INVOICE?
Simply select Invoice as your payment method at the checkout and add your purchase order number. Once complete you will be able to download an invoice from the confirmation page or your My Account area. We will also email you a copy of your invoice. Please note that your access to Growing up with Yasmine and Tom will not begin until payment has been received and processed.

UK deliveries for products that are in stock should usually be delivered within five working days. If a product you order is out of stock we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible with a revised delivery estimate.

We will send you the following emails as long as give us a valid delivery email address:
- An order confirmation email (web orders only)
- An order acknowledgement email (purchase orders only)
- An email when your order has been despatched. This will let you know which items have been despatched and will have a tracking link so that you can check where your order is and your estimated delivery date. If your order is split into more than one delivery we will send an email for each delivery.
If you have not received your order (excluding training courses and subscriptions) within 10 working days of receiving your emails, and we have not contacted you to advise of any delay, please contact us soon as possible. If you have placed an order and not received any email confirmation then please contact us as we may not have received it.

Yes. You can access a free trial of Growing up with Yasmine and Tom online here, giving you the opportunity to appraise the software, review sample lessons, before committing to a full version.
Access to Growing up with Yasmine and Tom lasts 12 months. It then has to be renewed, the great news is that annual renewals start from just £169. Please see our Plans page for further details.

Absolutely. Growing up with Yasmine and Tom is fully compliant with the guidance provided by the Department for Education.
Each licence of Yasmine and Tom is for one user. However, we offer subscription plans for between 1 - 12 users, depending on the size of your school or organisation. Please see our Plans page for further details.
Once payment has cleared, you will be able to access the software by logging in to the website and visiting the link in the main menu, or from your account area.

Yes, we will send you an email notifying you 14 days before your renewal date.
Your subscription will be automatically renewed and payment taken after 365 days (unless you have turned off auto renewals).
You can cancel your subscription from the My Account area at any time and a renewal will not be generated.
You can turn off automatic renewals at any time by logging in to your account and visiting the 'Y&T Subscription' page. Once there you simply click the green 'Auto renew' button to turn off automatic payments.
