Animation, sound and touch-screen activities bring Yasmine and Tom to life, as they guide your pupils through real-life situations and topics, including the body, feelings, relationships, family life and online safety.

We’re delighted to announce the following updates to Growing up with Yasmine and Tom. As we respond to teachers’ needs, we ensure our PSHE Accredited resource is the perfect solution to teaching statutory Relationships Education.

  • New videos: We’ve added introductory videos for modules 2 and 3
  • Lesson plan structure updated: New improved lesson plans – all written by teachers for teachers
  • Simplified and streamlined: some little-used lesson plans and activities have been removed
  • New content: New lesson plans have been introduced
  • Technical: The interactive whiteboard activities have been upgraded to iron out some bugs in the system

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

Growing up with Yasmine and Tom, has 31 lesson plans, divided into 3 modules, suitable for Key Stages 1 and 2 (ages 5-11). See a complete list of lesson plans.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Growing up with Yasmine and Tom has been designed to work best using a desktop computer or tablet with a modern browser such as Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari 12 and above and Microsoft Edge. If your school doesn’t use one of these browsers please access the free 10 day trial before subscribing to ensure the resource works with your school systems and equipment.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBSCRIBE?

You, and other staff at your school, will be able to use Growing Up with Yasmine and Tom for one year. We will contact you by email before your subscription is due to expire to see if you’d like to renew. We do not store your payment details and will not renew your subscription automatically.

We will create an account for your school using the email address you provide at the time of purchase. You can change this later if you would prefer to use a different email address. You will be able to use this account to log in to the FPA website and access the resource. We currently only issue one set of log in details per school/organisation.

We want you to be 100% happy with Yasmine and Tom. We recommend that after purchase, and before using the resource in class, you test the resource on your school’s equipment and contact us for help immediately if you experience any issues.

NEED TO RAISE A PURCHASE ORDER?

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Our standard UK mainland delivery charges are:

  • £3.95 for orders up to £10
  • £7.45 for orders over £10 up to £50
  • £11.90 for orders over £50 up to £100
  • £13.50 for orders over £100 up to £300
  • £26.60 for orders over £300 up to £600
  • Free delivery for orders over £600

Orders sent to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Highlands and Hebrides, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Europe and the rest of the world are charged at the rates listed below.

The delivery charge for your order will be calculated at the checkout and can be seen below.

Please note: we can’t deliver to PO Box addresses and we must have a valid postcode for UK addresses.

Please contact us for a quote for delivery to BFPO addresses.

Delivery Times

UK deliveries for products that are in stock should usually be delivered within five working days. If a product you order is out of stock we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible with a revised delivery estimate.

Please note: working days exclude weekends and all Bank Holidays.

We will send you the following emails as long as give us a valid delivery email address:

  • An order confirmation email (web orders only)
  • An order acknowledgement email (purchase orders only)
  • An email when your order has been despatched. This will let you know which items have been despatched and will have a tracking link so that you can check where your order is and your estimated delivery date. If your order is split into more than one delivery we will send an email for each delivery.

If you have not received your order (excluding training courses and subscriptions) within 10 working days of receiving your emails, and we have not contacted you to advise of any delay, please contact us soon as possible. If you have placed an order and not received any email confirmation then please contact us as we may not have received it.

Europe (excluding Malta) and the Channel Islands

  • £44.40 for orders up to £100
  • £69.60 for orders over £100 up to £300

Rest of the world

Our Delivery Policy

If the items you have ordered are in stock, we will normally send your order to you within five working days.

International orders, including BFPO orders, are generally delivered within seven working days.

If you don't receive your order within 14 working days please contact us.

We make every effort to deliver goods within these timescales, but sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, this is not possible. We will not be liable for any delay that you may suffer in this regard.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday excluding any public holiday or bank holiday.

Please make sure the email address you give us is valid as an email confirmation will be automatically generated once your order is received.

Choosing a delivery address

You can store any number of different addresses in the My Account page, your order can be delivered to wherever is most convenient for you – so don't forget to decide whether you would like your items delivered to your home or work address.
