Delivery charges are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Our standard UK mainland delivery charges are:

• £3.95 for orders up to £10
• £7.45 for orders over £10 up to £50
• £11.90 for orders over £50 up to £100
• £13.50 for orders over £100 up to £300
• £26.60 for orders over £300 up to £600
• Free delivery for orders over £600

Orders sent to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Highlands and Hebrides, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Europe and the rest of the world are charged at the rates listed below.

Please note: we can’t deliver to PO Box addresses and we must have a valid postcode for UK addresses.

Please contact us for a quote for delivery to BFPO addresses.

UK deliveries for products that are in stock should usually be delivered within five working days. If a product you order is out of stock we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible with a revised delivery estimate.

Please note: working days exclude weekends and all Bank Holidays.

We will send you the following emails as long as give us a valid delivery email address:

• An order confirmation email (web orders only)
• An order acknowledgement email (purchase orders only)
• An email when your order has been despatched. This will let you know which items have been despatched and will have a tracking link so that you can check where your order is and your estimated delivery date. If your order is split into more than one delivery we will send an email for each delivery.

If you have not received your order (excluding training courses and subscriptions) within 10 working days of receiving your emails, and we have not contacted you to advise of any delay, please contact us soon as possible. If you have placed an order and not received any email confirmation then please contact us as we may not have received it.

Mainland UK (Except Highlands and Hebrides of Scotland)

If the items you have ordered are in stock, we will normally send your order to you within five working days.

International orders, including BFPO orders, are generally delivered within seven working days.

If you don't receive your order within 14 working days please contact us.

We make every effort to deliver goods within these timescales, but sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, this is not possible. We will not be liable for any delay that you may suffer in this regard.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday excluding any public holiday or bank holiday.

Please make sure the email address you give us is valid as an email confirmation will be automatically generated once your order is received.

You can store any number of different addresses in the My Account page, your order can be delivered to wherever is most convenient for you – so don't forget to decide whether you would like your items delivered to your home or work address.
