How to deliver great RSE in secondary schools: an introduction

From September 2020, every school in England will have to provide good quality, relevant, timely RSE for its pupils.

Working with some of the most experienced trainers and with over 40 years experience of delivering training for teachers FPA have developed some brand new training for teachers, school nurses and teaching assistants.

The aim of this one-day course is to develop the practical skills of participants to deliver great quality, timely RSE in secondary schools.

By the end of the training participants will have:

  1. explored relevant, upto date guidance about young people, relationships and sex
  2. explored how to create a safe space and facilitate discussions about relationships and sex
  3. identified how to use recommended RSE resources with young people
  4. practiced responding to tricky questions and challenging situations

Course cost: Book a place on the London course for £135 OR have this course delivered at your school for £1,000 for up to 15 participants (plus trainer travel and expenses).
