How to deliver great RSE in primary schools

From September 2020 every school in England will have to provide good quality, relevant, timely RSE for its pupils. Working with some of the most experienced trainers and with over 40 years experience of delivering training for teachers FPA have developed some brand new training for teachers, school nurses and teaching assistants. 

The aim of this course is to develop the practical skills of participants to deliver great quality, timely RSE in primary schools

By the end of the training participants will have:

1. explored relevant, upto date guidance about young people, relationships and sex

2. explored how to create a safe space and facilitate discussions about relationships and sex

3. identified how to use recommended RSE resources with young people including the FPA 'Growing up with Yasmine and Tom' interactove resource

4. practiced responding to tricky questions and challenging situations

Costs: Buy a place on the course for £135 or have it delivered at your school for £1,299 (plus trainer travel and expenses) for up to 15 participants. If you have it delivered at your school the course cost includes a one-year subscription to 'Growing up with Yasmine and Tom'. You can buy the course without this for £1,000.
