Delivering sex and relationships work with people with learning disabilities: practical approaches

“So many ideas to take forward in my new role.”
Course participant, Hesley Group, South Yorkshire

Proactive and reactive group and one-to-one sex and relationships work (SRW) sessions with people with learning disabilities are often in demand in services.

Staff with an interest in this area of work often feel they need some training to support them, help understand the theory of training sessions and also new ideas from other practitioners.

This five-day university-accredited course is the programme planning course for anyone working with people with mild–moderate learning disabilities who wants to learn how to plan, develop and deliver group or one-to-one educational SRW sessions.
