Talking with children about sex from a faith or cultural view

Contrary to what some people say, religious belief and good sex and relationships education aren’t polar opposites.

If you are bringing up your child in a faith they still need clear information about sex and relationships and you can give them this from the view of your faith.

Your child needs to know about puberty and the changes that will happen as they grow up, the good things about their sexuality and how to stay safe. You can teach them this as well as the values you would like them to follow.
