Ask WES – FPA Web Enquiry Service
Our online sexual health enquiry service Ask WES is here to answer your enquiries about:
- contraception
- planning a pregnancy
- pregnancy choices
- abortion
- sexually transmitted infections
- sexual wellbeing.
We aim to answer your enquiry within three working days. Enquiries about emergency contraception or abortion will be dealt with at the first available opportunity.

What can you expect from Ask WES?
You can expect that:
- your enquiry will be dealt with by one of our trained advisers
- you will be given up-to-date and accurate information
- you will receive non-judgemental advice
- our response will be confidential and only you will be able to access it using the code we send you
- as you do not need to send us your personal details we will not keep them on our computers.
We can currently only provide information in English.
