FPA supports Learning Disability Week. We believe people with learning disabilities have the same right to enjoy sex and relationships as everyone else, yet their sexual rights have historically been ignored.
We are working to change this.
FPA works directly with people with learning disabilities and their families as well as selling a range of useful books and resources.

We support adults and young people with learning disabilities, and their parents and carers. We offer training and support around a variety of sexual health issues.
Our award-winning CD-ROM, All About Us helps people with learning disabilities learn about sex, sexuality and relationships.
We sell a range of easy-read books about sex and sexuality in our online shop.

Our project in Northern Ireland helps people with learning disabilities of all ages develop their sexuality and sexual identity and achieve good sexual health.
We developed our Talking Together series to help parents of children with learning disabilities talk to their children about growing up.
We also stock a range of books for parents in our online shop.
We have a wealth of experience working with professionals in the field of learning disability. We can support you with training courses and comprehensive resources.
We offer eight different courses for professionals around sexuality and learning disability.
Our book Sexuality and Learning Disability features a range of creative approaches to working with people with learning disabilities.
