Contraceptive Awareness Week 2010 Fertility poster

National campaigns often speak exclusively to younger women. They forget that contraceptive needs span all reproductive ages. And women aged over 35 need as much contraceptive attention as those aged under 25. That's one of the reasons we're running this campaign.

The over 35s are probably the most complicated age group of all in regard to reproduction. For some women, having a baby will be the last thing they want. Others may be starting a family – or just completing it. There'll also be a number of women not actually sure what they want to do.

We've produced materials to help you work in this area.

  • Free campaign packs, including our three campaign posters
  • A briefing sheet (download below) on delivering consultations to women aged over 35.
