Advocacy and lobbying for sexual health

FPA advocates and lobbies around sexual health issues in the UK. We work with parliamentarians in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales to bring about real change in sexual health.

We advocate and lobby for:

Improved access to all sexual health services in the UK and prevention of poor sexual health.
All children and young people receiving high quality sex and relationships education at school as a statutory curriculum subject.
All women having information about and access to the full range of contraception methods, including long-acting reversible contraception.
Increasing access to HIV testing especially for those who need it most.
All women across the UK, including in Northern Ireland, having the right to choose and being able to access NHS funded abortions.
