Our London office is a few minutes away from Old Street station. Please ring the intercom outside when you arrive. Our building is wheelchair-accessible and there is a lift to all floors. We are on the second floor.
Tube: Old Street (Northern line). Take Exit 5 onto City Road then turn right onto Featherstone Street. We are also walking distance from Moorgate, Barbican, Farringdon and Liverpool Street Stations.

Train: Old Street (First Capital Connect).
Cycle: There is limited cycle parking nearby. There are also London Cycle Hire docking stations on Bath Street and at Old Street station.

Our Glasgow office is on Firhill Road, opposite the Queen’s Cross Housing Association HQ and a short distance from Firhill Stadium.
There are entrances at the front and the rear of the building. On arrival press the buzzer marked Unit 10/fpa. We are on the first floor and the building has a stair lift for wheelchair users.

Our Belfast office is on Shaftesbury Square, across the road from the Ulster Bank.
When you arrive, ring the bell marked FPA at the entrance and we will release the front door. Ascot House is wheelchair accessible with a lift to all floors. We are on the third floor.

Visitors should be aware that there are almost always anti-choice protestors outside our building. Many visitors have been harassed by protestors even if their visit is unconnected with unplanned pregnancy or abortion. You can enter the building using an alternative entrance if you request this.
Train: Botanic train station is five minutes walk away. Turn right out of the station. Walk downhill on Botanic Avenue to the south end of Shaftesbury Square. Ascot House is across the square to your left.
Bus: Europa bus station is ten minutes walk away. Exit the station onto Great Victoria Street and turn right. Walk straight along Great Victoria Street until you reach Shaftesbury Square. Ascot House is on your right.
Cycle: Bicycles may be brought into the building and up to the third floor in the lift.

Car: There is no free parking nearby. On street parking is available – you will need to buy a ticket from one of the machines in the street. There is also a multi-storey car park next to the Europa bus station.

Our Derry office is in the town centre, beside the Guildhall. Please ring the buzzer marked Family Planning Association when you arrive. We are on the fourth floor.
Train: Derry station is a 15 to 20 minute walk away on the other side of the Craigavon Bridge.
Bus: The main bus terminal is a few minutes walk away on Foyle Street.
Cycle: Bicycles may be bought into the building and left in the main lobby on the ground floor.
Walk: Get walking directions using Google maps.
Car: Follow the signs for the city centre. The front area of the building is pedestrianised. There are a number of car parks nearby. Victoria car park and William Street car park charge 50p per hour. Foyleside Shopping Centre car park costs £1 for the first hour or £1.50 for up to two hours and Quayside Shopping Centre car park cost 80p for the first hour or 1.50 for up to two hours.

Our office is in the Greenhouse community building on the corner of Trevelyan Terrace and Friars Road at the bottom end of Bangor High Street.
