All orders must be in writing.
Please include:
- Your name.
- Contact telephone number.
- Your organisation address including postcode.
- Delivery address if different.
- The title and quantity of the products that you want.
- Your membership number if you are a member and we will work out your membership discount for you (Find out more about becoming a member of FPA).
How to pay
We will send you an invoice and you will have 30 days to pay.
This invoice can be paid by cheque, directly into our account or by credit card. Full instructions will be supplied with the invoice.
Delivery information
FREE postage and packing for all orders going to a mainland UK address. No minimum order. For delivery charges outside mainland UK please contact us for a quote.
We offer a three-day delivery service for all publications and resources we have in stock.
