My Contraception Tool is our anonymous contraception questionnaire. The details required will not identify you.
We may store the data submitted by you in order to monitor and improve the service. We may also pass statistical information, for example number and type of enquiry to third parties such as funders.

The personal information we collect and maintain will be subject to the version of the Privacy policy in affect at the time of collection. We reserve the right to change the Privacy policy from time to time and will provide notice of these changes on the home page of our website. FPA information policy
The information on this website can only give you basic information about sexual health. This information is based on the evidence and medical opinion available at the time this information was produced. Different people may give you different information and advice about certain points.
