fpa is delighted to announce that four of its most popular booklets are now available in Braille, audio and large print. The four booklets are Bodyworks, Your sexual health, where to go for help and advice, Your guide to contraception and the award-winning Pregnant and don’t know what to do?
The booklets cover a broad spectrum of sexual health topics including facts about the body, information about all 15 methods of contraception, sexually transmitted infections and pregnancy choices.
Natika H Halil, fpa’s Director of Information said: “Before we converted these leaflets it wasn’t easy for people with visual impairments to access this type of information. As the UK’s leading provider of sexual health information, fpa is committed to producing content in different formats, so everybody can get the most up to date and accurate information about sexual health available.”
The new booklets are free and are available to anyone with a visual impairment and health professionals. For more information contact fpa on 0845 122 8600. fpa’s full range of booklets can be viewed at www.fpa.org.uk.
