Ask WES Web Enquiry Service from FPA
Ask WES is an FPA enquiry service which operates 24 hours a day. We aim to answer your enquiry within three working days, except for enquiries regarding emergency contraception or abortion. These will be dealt with at the first available opportunity.
You can send us an enquiry about:
- contraception
- planning a pregnancy
- pregnancy choices
- abortion
- sexually transmitted infections
- sexual wellbeing.

What can you expect from Ask WES?
You can expect that:
- Your enquiry will be dealt with by one of our trained advisers.
- You will be given up-to-date and accurate information.
- You will receive non-judgemental advice.
- Our response will be confidential and only you will be able to access it using the code we send you.
- As you do not need to send us your personal details we will not keep them on our computer.
We can currently only provide information in English.
